Sewing Machine Service & Repairs
We offer onsite sewing machine servicing and repairs for [almost] all makes and models of sewing machines and overlocker/sergers by our Sewing Machine Technician.
Sewing Machine Services Provided:
- Standard machine servicing which includes: cleaning, oiling and adjusting to manufacturer standards.
- Repairs/Replacements for broken or worn parts, plus additional labor charges. (We do our best to estimate costs and communicate the cost of parts/labor)
Costs and Expenses:
All machines checked in for servicing are subject to a Basic Bench Charge of $50 in addition to their service/repair charges, listed below.
Standard Machine Servicing:
- Non-Computerized Models- $100
- ex: Baby Lock Joy or Zest, Singer Heavy Duty Series, Vintage Kenmore Machines
- Computerized Models- $150
- Baby Lock Jubilant/Brilliant/Allegro, Brother NS80, Viking Sapphire 930, other non-embroidery models.
- Computerized Embroidery and Sewing Machines – starting at $200
- Overlocker/Sergers – starting at $125
- Industrial Models (Sewing or Overlocker/Serger) – $100 + travel
Repair Expenses:
- Labor, in addition to basic servicing – $75/hr (charged in 15 minute increments)
- Parts – variable. Customers will give prior authorization at check in or be contacted when machine is on the bench.
