Sewing Machine Service & Repairs
We offer on-site sewing machine servicing and repairs for [almost] all makes and models of sewing machines and overlocker/sergers. Our Baby Lock certified technician, Patrick, handles everything right here in the studio.
Services Provided
Our standard machine servicing includes cleaning, oiling, and adjusting your machine to manufacturer standards. We also provide repairs and replacements for broken or worn parts and love to bring vintage sewing machines back to life. We do our best to estimate costs upfront and will always communicate with you regarding the cost of parts, labor and turnaround times.
At this time we do not require appointments for machine servicing, unless noted below, so feel free to drop off your machine with us anytime during our business hours.

Computerized Sewing Models

Single Needle Embroidery/ Combination Sewing and Embroidery
Examples: Baby Lock Flare or Altair 2, Brother Innovis Models, Viking Designer Topaz
Sergers and Coverstitch Machines
Industrial Machines, Machines mounted in a cabinet
Multi-Needle Embroidery Models
Examples: Baby Lock Venture, Brother PR1055x
Home Visit/Machine pick up and delivery

Charged in 15-minute increments in addition to basic servicing.
Parts
Prices are variable. You can provide authorization at check-in or we will contact you once your machine is on the bench.
