Kids Sewing Camps
(Summer and School Breaks)
Summer Camp 2026 is Open for Registration! Each summer we pick a theme and create projects for camp inspired by that theme. While we are still finalizing this year’s specific projects, we know everyone likes to plan ahead, so here are this year’s dates.
Each session of camp is a standalone experience where students work on exciting sewing projects and tie-dye their exclusive Old Spool Camp t-shirt. We are also hosting 3 day quilt camps, please read the specific camp descriptions below to learn more.
Camp Pricing and Duration
3 Day Camps: $225-$345 (project dependent) (M-W or W-F)
5 Day Camps: $385 (M-F)
Inclusive of all materials and use of studio sewing machines.
Summer Camp Details
Availability: Offered from Late June through August.
Standalone Weeks: Each week is independent; join us for one week or several.
Daily Schedule: Morning (9am to 12pm) and Afternoon (1:30pm to 4:30pm) camps offered.
Registration: Registration opens by Spring Break each year.
Requirements and Skill Level
- Age Requirement: Open to ages 8+ and all skill levels (unless noted otherwise).
- Prerequisite: All students must complete an Intro to Sewing class before their week of camp begins. You may register for both at the same time as long as the Intro class occurs first.
- Returning Campers: If registered for more than one week, students can repeat projects or choose from our alternate project options.
