Sewing Birthday Parties
Celebrate your child’s special day with a creative sewing party! We offer a unique, hands-on experience where guests learn a new skill and leave with a finished project they made themselves. From monster plushies to tote bags, our parties are designed to be fun, stress-free, and totally memorable.
Birthday Parties are available when booked at least 2 months in advance.
Class Details
Pricing: $500 for a 2.5-hour event.
Capacity: Max of 12 participants.
Schedule: Available Saturday and Sunday afternoons/evenings. (Weeknights available during Summer only).
Age Requirement: All participants must be at least 8 years old. No exceptions.
What’s Included
- Use of the entire studio for your private 2.5-hour event. 2 hours for the sewing project with ½ hour for snacks and cake (not provided by Old Spool)
- Materials: Inclusive of materials only if a project is chosen from our pre-approved list of party-appropriate projects. Contact us for more details.
- Dedicated instructors to guide the group through their projects.

Important Policies
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the party.
- Cancellations: We require at least 14 days notice to reschedule your event and transfer your deposit to a new date.
- Guest Count: Please confirm your final guest count at least 7 days before the event so we can prep materials.
- Booking Window: Parties must be booked at least 2 months in advance to ensure instructor and studio availability.
